These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participation in IT Raccoons educational programmes (“Programmes”), including workshops, courses, and related activities. By enrolling in or attending our Programmes, you agree to these Terms.
Programmes may be delivered in person at a venue or online via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other platforms.
IT Raccoons reserves the right to change the delivery format, venue, or schedule if necessary.
Programmes are primarily aimed at children and young adults, though IT Raccoons may from time to time also run courses for adults.
Where participants are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required for enrolment.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their children during online sessions.
During in-person sessions, IT Raccoons staff will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe learning environment but cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
Programmes involve the use of computers, the internet, and third-party software/tools (e.g., AI applications, programming platforms, robotics kits).

Parents/guardians acknowledge that activities may include basic robotics, programming, online research, and use of AI tools. These activities are designed to be safe, but IT Raccoons cannot be held responsible for how participants use these skills outside the Programme.
Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, other participants, and equipment.
IT Raccoons reserves the right to remove a participant from a Programme without refund if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
If IT Raccoons cancels or postpones a class due to unforeseen circumstances, the fee will be credited towards another class.
If a participant cannot attend, no refunds will be issued, though substitutions or rescheduling may be considered at IT Raccoons’ discretion.
All course materials, content, and branding remain the intellectual property of IT Raccoons unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
Personal data collected for enrolment will be used only for Programme administration and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., UK GDPR).
Sessions delivered online may not be recorded, shared, or published without written consent from IT Raccoons.
IT Raccoons reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice. Participants will be aimed to be notified of material changes.
